Based in Edinburgh, we only work for home clients, so our customers will never come second to a big corporation. We pride ourselves on giving our home customers the same level of service as other companies give to businesses.
We're friendly and approachable, treating you as a valued customer from the first time you contact us, and answering your questions in plain English. We're flexible too. You can call us on our lo-call number between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday, or if you want to call outside of those hours and leave a message, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We understand that a lot of people work normal business hours and aren't at home during the day, so we can also come to see you in the evening, at the weekend or even during your lunch break.
