On-site and workshop diagnosis and repair.
We can come to your home to diagnose and repair your computer and/or network. If it isn't possible to fix your computer on site, or you'd prefer not to have repairs carried out in your home, we can take it away to repair it and return it to you.

Home network design, implementation and maintenance.
We can design a network for your home to incorporate your existing computers (PCs & Macs), both desktop and laptop and we will set the network up for you and make sure that all systems are configured to your specifications (for example, setting up privacy, passwords and parental control).

Complete system security set-up and maintenance with virus removal and prevention.
We can remove any viruses and/or spyware from your system and clean your computer's registry, leaving your computer clean and secure. We can also supply and install security software, and can source it for you too if you're not sure which software to choose.

Home media integration.
We can put all your movies and music in one place on your computer and connect it to your tv and hi-fi to give you a complete home entertainment experience.

Hardware and software sourcing and installation.
We can search online and offline for the software and hardware you need to get you the best deal and then we can install it for you.

Laptop repair.
If the problems with your laptop go beyond software or simple parts replacement, we can send it to our laptop hardware repair partners who will assess the problem and give you a quote for the repair. We will handle everything for you (apart from the decision to go ahead with the repair itself - that's up to you) and return your laptop to you when it's fixed. Our partners deal with out of warranty repairs for all major brands of laptops.

Windows & Mac OSX on your new Apple computer!
If you are considering purchasing a new Intel-based iMac, MacBook Pro or MacBook but don't want to leave Windows behind completely we can install Windows alongside Mac OSX on your machine.

What happens when you contact us?
First of all, we'll ask you a few questions about your system and the problems you've been having. Don't worry if you're not a 'computer person' - it's nothing complicated, just some basic things so that we know what we're dealing with.

If you're not having a problem but are looking to upgrade or improve your system or network, we'll ask you about what you need. We don't expect you to know all the specifics - all you need to tell us is what you want your upgraded or new system to do and we'll find the best solution for you.

Once we have all the information we need from you, we can arrange a visit at a time that suits you - morning, afternoon, evening, during the week or at the weekend.
